The knitting group provides handmade scarves, hats, mittens, blankets and more. These folks donate their amazing talent and the goods they make to various homeless shelters, women's shelters, nursing homes and other groups who need something beautiful and warm to wear. This group meets weekly to share a cuppa and the joy of helping others. If you would like to become a member, just let us know. The group is open to all knitters of every skill level. They will happily show you how to do what they do. If you aren't interested in knitting but would like to help, we also accept donations of cash, yarn and knitting/crochet supplies.
