Parents Without Social Lives

A group of parents of young children get together on an occasional Friday night and go out for supper while their children are cared for by babysitters at the church. Parents enjoy adult conversation, and trading stories of parenthood while the children have fun playing with each other, snacking, and watching movies.

Lenten Series

Lent (the time period between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday) is a particularly important time for God's people to grow in their faith and life. At St. Mark's every Lent we take time to explore our life of faith and calling so that we can become more faithful, more loving, and more attentive to the needs of the world and the mission of God.  We gather once a week through the season for this event.
